Drive-through Flu Shot Appointment Booking
Eden Health will be providing flu shots for you and your family members from September 28th to October 2nd, between 9am-5pm. Flu shots will be set up as a drive-through in order to to facilitate social distancing.

Adults-only Booking
For adults age 18 and older not accompanied by minors.
Family Booking
For families with members under the age of 18 (but older than 6 months). Flu shots for accompanying adults are included.
