Koch employees enrolled in an active Anthem health plan and 18+ enrolled dependents.

As part of your Koch medical coverage, you have full access to the Eden Health Care Team at no cost. Employees on high deductible health plans may incur a fee for onsite services.

All protected health information is encrypted while at rest using current industry standard encryption. As a healthcare practice, Eden Health is a covered entity under The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”).

You can chat with your Care Team via the Eden Health app anytime. Use the app to ask questions like:

  • Can you help me understand my cancer screening options?
