I am Shagun Patel, one of the physical therapists here at Eden! I am originally from the southwest suburbs of Chicago and pursued my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Following this, I furthered my education Elon University in North Carolina to obtain my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Throughout my career I have have gained a variety of experience working with both the pediatric and adult population, with specific experience working with post-operative orthopedic conditions. I am passionate about collaborative and multi-disicplinary care and enjoy working as a team in order best help support my patients in achieving their functional goals. In my off time I enjoy traveling, strolling along the lake, and reading. I am also an avid Chicago sports fan and can be found at Sox Park rooting on the White Sox!
