My name is Lee Frerker and I have the privilege of being one of the many talented providers here at Eden Health. I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and my master’s degree from Midwestern University. I have been working in medicine as a board certified PA for over ten years now with the majority of my time working in family medicine and urgent care. I’ve always had a passion for medicine and am lucky to live my passion daily. I joined Eden Health because I enjoy meeting new people, getting to know their stories, and working together to better their lives through health and wellness.
