Hello! My name is Chelsea and I am a Board Certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with Eden Health. Before graduating with my MSN from Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing, I received my BSN from Columbia University and my BA in Sociology from SUNY Geneseo. I am passionate about preventative medicine and expanding access to care for all individuals. I also believe seeking healthcare should be an enjoyable, hassle-free experience for every patient. I take a holistic approach to patient care and pride myself on being a good listener. I will make your top health concerns my priority. Before moving to Chicago, I worked as a Registered Nurse for five years at NYU Langone Health. I am a NY native and grew up exploring the Hudson Valley. I have recently traded the East Coast for the Midwest and now love exploring the shoreline of Lake Michigan. I look forward to working with you!
