Hello! My name is Anna and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2009. I began my career as a family therapist, working with adolescents and families using the evidence-based model of Functional Family Therapy. In 2017, I joined ThriveNYC’s Mental Health Service Corps initiative to provide no-cost psychotherapy to adults within a marginalized community. I started a private practice in 2019 providing individual therapy and joined Eden Health later that year as a full-time therapist. I am trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic therapy and Interpersonal therapy. I specialize in the treatment of of anxiety, depression, trauma, life stressors/transitions and family conflict.
